  Worst service if ever gotten. Last night the ol lady, kids when I and stopped in to grab a bite to eat, they mixed up everyone's order, the chicken sliders you couldn't eat because they was so hard, I tell the manager and she looks at me and say well you should have came told me earlier, as we are eating two girls that were working step right out the door " three seats I front of us" and lite up ciggs and the manager held the door open talking to them the whole time they smoked and it filled the place with the smell of smoke while we tried to eat, five mins of that smell while trying to eat with two kids and we had to pack up and leave. Manager last name was Best.

  Food at Arbys is priced high because of how great the food usually is except this Arbys has taken advantage of front beach road for too long. I live next door to this Arbys and time and time again this place knows exactly how to ruin a great product. They have let all care and quality go. The entire building is a dump including all of the registers and technology from the 90s. Buns are harder than bricks they can't ever hardly hear you at the drive thru because of cheap management and the menu is never updated properly for new items, I go back every 6 months thinking the outcome might be different but it never is. Don't waist your money because everything is disappointing. I've tried it all even the wrapper they accidentally left on the cheese last year
